FOOTISHFUN – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use FootishFun.
• All users — Buyers and Creators — must complete AgeGo age and identity verification before accessing or posting content.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that accessing adult or fetish content is legal in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to deny, restrict, or revoke access at any time if age verification is incomplete, fails, or appears suspicious.

2. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Create and maintain only one account
• Complete mandatory identity and age verification
• Keep your login credentials confidential

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Marketplace Structure

FootishFun operates as a third-party digital marketplace and payment facilitator.

We do not create, upload, or sell content. All content is provided by independent Creators.

Buyers may:

• Browse Creator profiles
• Purchase digital content
• Subscribe to Creators
• Communicate through the Platform (where available)

Creators may:

• Upload digital content (photos and videos)
• Set prices and subscription fees
• Earn revenue from purchases and subscriptions
• Upload only content they own or have full rights to distribute

Creators act as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of FootishFun.

4. Seller Subscription Fees

To sell content on FootishFun, Creators must maintain an active paid membership:

• Basic Seller Plan: £4.99 per month
• Premium Seller Plan: £14.99 per month

Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed via CCBill.

5. Payments, Commissions & Payouts

All payments are processed securely through CCBill, our billing partner.

Commission Structure

• Creators receive 85% of earnings
• FootishFun retains 15% as a platform commission

Payouts

• Paid via methods supported by CCBill
• Subject to identity verification and compliance checks
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply

FootishFun does not store credit card or payment information.

6. Billing, Refunds & Cancellations

Billing Issues (Mandatory Text)

If you'd like to cancel your subscription and not be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill, via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email consumersupport@ccbill.com.

Refunds are handled exclusively by CCBill according to their policies.

Digital content purchases are final and non-refundable except where legally required.

7. Content Standards, Pre-Screening & Restrictions

All user-uploaded content on FootishFun is subject to automated and/or manual review prior to publication. Content that violates applicable laws, card-scheme standards, or platform policies will not be published and may be removed at any time.

Allowed Content

• Foot-fetish content
• Consensual adult nudity
• Legal erotic content involving adults

Strictly Prohibited Content

• Minors or individuals appearing under 18
• Non-consensual or coercive content
• Violence, blood, bestiality, incest
• Drugged or impaired individuals
• AI-generated deepfakes of real people without consent
• Copyrighted content not owned or licensed by the Creator

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant FootishFun a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, store, transmit, and process content for platform operation.

Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view purchased content.

Redistribution, recording, downloading, or sharing is prohibited.

9. DMCA & Content Removal

FootishFun complies with copyright and takedown obligations.

If you believe your copyrighted or non-consensual content has been posted without permission, contact info@footishfun.com.

10. Complaints & Appeals Process

Complaints:

Users may submit complaints regarding billing issues, platform use, or content that may be illegal or violate platform standards by contacting info@footishfun.com. All complaints will be acknowledged, reviewed, and resolved within five (5) business days, with the outcome communicated to the complainant.

Appeals:

If you have been depicted in any content and wish to appeal its removal, please notify us at info@footishfun.com. If disagreement remains, the matter may be reviewed by a neutral third party.

11. Conduct & Platform Rules

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Upload malicious software
• Circumvent paywalls or payment systems
• Illegally distribute content
• Impersonate individuals or entities
• Scrape or automate access to the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraud or chargeback abuse
• Posting prohibited content
• Platform misuse

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

FootishFun is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Third-party services (including CCBill or AgeGo)
• Downtime or loss of profits

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
