Refund Policy

Effective Date: 18th November 2025

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on FootishFun (“the Platform”), operated by FootishFun LTD. Because we provide digital content purchased directly from independent Sellers, all users must read and understand this policy before making purchases.

By using the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Content – All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on FootishFun are final.

This includes:

  • Photo sets
  • Video files
  • Bundles or packs
  • Subscriptions to Sellers
  • Custom requests (where applicable)

Once digital content has been accessed, viewed, or delivered,no refunds will be issued except in the limited situations described in Section 4. This is standard practice for digital goods and required by our payment processors.

3. Marketplace Structure

FootishFun is a platform that enables Buyers to purchase content directly from independent Sellers.

We do not create, own, or control Seller content.

Because Sellers rely on earnings from digital sales and spend time creating content, refunds are only granted in very specific circumstances.

4. Situations Where Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • a. Duplicate Purchase: If the same item or subscription was purchased more than once accidentally.
  • b. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without the account holder’s consent.
  • c. Payment Processor Error: Billing mistakes made by CCBill or another authorised payment provider.
  • d. Technical Delivery Failure: If content cannot be accessed due to a verifiable technical issue on our side AND we are unable to resolve it.

5. Situations NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer dissatisfaction with content quality
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Personal disputes between Buyers and Sellers
  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • Content that was accessed, downloaded, or viewed
  • Custom content after it has been delivered
  • Violation of Platform rules resulting in account suspension

Buyers are encouraged to review seller profiles, previews, tags, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Buyers are responsible for managing their own subscription settings.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Partial months after cancellation

You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to purchased content
  • For Sellers: withheld earnings

We work closely with CCBill and other payment processors to investigate disputes thoroughly.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience problems accessing purchased content:

  • Contact our support team at info@footishfun.com
  • Provide screenshots and details about the issue
  • Allow us to investigate and resolve the problem

If we confirm that content was never accessible due to a genuine technical failure on our part, a refund may be granted.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Block suspicious payments
  • Request verification for high-risk transactions
  • Temporarily hold payouts to Sellers during investigations

We may share transaction details with our payment processor for fraud prevention.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact: info@footishfun.com

Include the following:

  • Full name
  • Email associated with your account
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any screenshots or evidence

We will respond within 5–7 business days.

11. Decision Process

All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Our payment processor (CCBill) may be involved in the final determination.

If a refund is approved:

  • Access to the purchased content will be removed
  • Seller’s earnings for that transaction will be deducted

Refund decisions are final.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.

If changes are significant, we will notify users via:

  • Website notice
  • Email
  • Updated “Effective Date” above

Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
