FootishFun ("we", "us", "our") operates as a digital content marketplace where verified creators sell downloadable or view-only digital content (photos and videos). All payments on our Platform are processed securely through CCBill, our billing partner.
Because all products on FootishFun are digital goods, traditional return policies do not apply. Refunds are handled in accordance with the guidelines below.
All purchases of digital content — including photos, videos, or unlockable items — are final and non-refundable, except where legally required or approved by CCBill.
Once digital content has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned, reversed, or exchanged.
Creators offer monthly subscription services.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the Buyer.

Buyers and Sellers may cancel subscriptions at any time:
The subscription remains active until the current paid term expires.
If you believe your card has been used fraudulently:
Chargebacks filed without first contacting CCBill may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
Refunds issued by CCBill may result in:
Creators understand and accept that refunded transactions may be deducted from future payouts.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where:
Refund decisions are always made in accordance with CCBill's policies and card network rules.
