Creators are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws.

4. Marketplace Structure & Third-Party Content

FootishFun is a digital content marketplace, not a content producer.

All content is uploaded by independent, verified Creators.

We enforce strict:

• Consent policies
• IP/copyright protections
• Moderation reviews
• Reporting mechanisms

Content violating our standards is removed, and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

5. Reporting, Removal & DMCA Procedures

FootishFun responds promptly to:

• DMCA takedown notices

• Infringement notifications
