• Debt bondage
• Grooming or recruitment for exploitation

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

2. Age & Identity Verification

To prevent trafficking and exploitation:

• All users must be 18 years of age or older
• All Sellers must complete full identity and age verification through our third-party provider, AgeGo
• Sellers must verify their identity before uploading any content or receiving payouts

Accounts that fail verification are restricted or terminated.

3. Consent & Control Over Content

All Content Providers (Sellers) are required to confirm that:

• All individuals depicted in content have provided explicit, informed, written consent
• Participation in content creation is voluntary and free from coercion
• Content is uploaded by the individual depicted or by someone with full legal rights and permission

Sellers must retain consent and age documentation and provide it upon request.

4. Content Monitoring & Moderation

FootishFun uses a multi-layered moderation system to detect and prevent trafficking-related activity, including:

• Manual moderation review
• User reporting mechanisms
• Review of behavioural patterns and suspicious activity

Content or accounts associated with potential trafficking, coercion, or exploitation are immediately restricted pending investigation.

5. Prohibited Indicators

The following indicators are strictly prohibited and actively monitored:

• Signs of coercion, threats, or control
• Third-party management of creator accounts without disclosure
• Individuals appearing distressed, impaired, or controlled
• Content involving deception, confinement, or force
• Recruitment language suggesting exploitation

Any suspected case is escalated for immediate review.

6. Reporting & Takedown Procedures

Users may report suspected trafficking or exploitation by contacting:

• Report suspected criminal activity to authorities
