FOOTISHFUN – COPYRIGHT POLICY

1. Ownership of Content

Creators own the rights to the content they upload.

When a Creator uploads content (photos, videos, or other media), they confirm that:

• They are the copyright owner or
• They have full legal rights and permissions to upload and sell the content

Creators grant FootishFun a limited licence to host, display, stream, and distribute their content for the purpose of providing Platform services.

FootishFun does not claim ownership of Creator content.

2. Copyright Infringement is Strictly Prohibited

Users may not upload, share, or sell content they do not have rights to, including:

• Stolen content
• Leaked or hacked content
• Screenshots from other platforms
• Copyrighted videos or photos owned by someone else
• Content containing unverified individuals
• AI-generated content resembling real individuals without consent

Any user who uploads copyrighted or stolen material may face:

• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent bans
• Legal consequences
• Loss of earnings
• Reporting to other affected platforms or authorities

3. DMCA Compliance

Although FootishFun is a UK-based platform, we voluntarily comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to ensure international copyright protection.

Copyright owners may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to request removal of infringing content.

4. Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe content on FootishFun infringes your copyright, email us at:

• Your full name
• Your contact information
• Identification of copyrighted work
• Link(s) to the infringing content
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised
• Your electronic signature

We will:

• Acknowledge the request
• Remove the content promptly
• Notify the Creator
• Allow a Counter-Notice if applicable

5. Counter-Notice for Creators

If a Creator believes content was removed in error, they may submit a Copyright Counter-Notice explaining:

• Why the removal was incorrect
• Proof of ownership or rights
• Their contact information
• Their electronic signature

If a valid Counter-Notice is received, FootishFun may restore the content unless legal action is initiated by the complainant.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

FootishFun enforces a strict repeat infringer policy:

• Multiple valid copyright complaints
• Repeated uploads of stolen or unauthorised content
• Attempts to evade detection

…will result in permanent account termination.

This applies to both Buyers and Creators.

7. Content Licensing & Buyer Rights

Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable licence to view purchased content for personal use only.

Buyers may NOT:

• Save, record, screenshot, or download content
• Resell or redistribute content
• Upload content to other websites
• Share content publicly or privately
• Use content commercially

Violations may result in account suspension and legal consequences.

8. FootishFun's Rights & Obligations

FootishFun may:

• Remove infringing content
• Suspend or ban accounts
• Hold payouts pending investigation
• Cooperate with copyright owners
• Provide information to law enforcement when legally required

FootishFun is not responsible for:

• User-generated content
• Copyright disputes between third parties
• Misuse of content by Buyers
• Copyright violations committed by Creators

9. False Copyright Claims

Submitting false copyright complaints, fraudulent DMCA notices, or using copyright systems for harassment is prohibited.

False claims may result in:

• Account suspension
• Denial of future complaints
• Legal consequences under perjury laws
